The performance for periods prior to 15th July 2024 reflects the performance of CIS-PEF Seed Vehicle, L.P.(the “Seed Vehicle”), with an inception date of 17th November 2023, the day the Seed Vehicle began investing. The performance of the Seed Vehicle since inception was 8.84%. The Seed Vehicle transferred substantially all of its assets and liabilities to CollerEquity. The Seed Vehicle maintained an investment objective, strategy and investment policies, guidelines and restrictions that are, in all material aspects, equivalent to those of CollerEquity. Shares of CollerEquity were offered as of 15th July 2024.

(2) The Investment Advisor (“Coller Capital Limited”) has contractually agreed to reduce its Investment Advisory Fee to an annual rate of 0.00% until 30th June 2025.Beginning 1st July 2025, CollerEquity’s Investment Advisory Fee will be 1.65% per annum.
