Privacy Addendum for California Residents
This Addendum for California Residents (“California Supplement”) supplements the Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy, located at collercapital.com, and any other Coller Capital privacy notice that links to this California Supplement with respect to specific rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), and its implementing regulations to California residents and provides information regarding how such California residents can exercise their rights under the CPRA. This California Supplement is only relevant to you if you are a resident of California as determined in accordance with the CPRA. Please note that most of the information that Coller Capital collects is subject to the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (“GLBA”). Information subject to the GLBA and processed by Coller Capital is not covered by this California Supplement because it is exempt from the CPRA.
Please also note that this California Supplement does not apply to personal information collected and processed about Coller Capital employees, job applicants or independent contractors. Categories of Personal Information We Collect, Use, Disclose, Sell and Share: We collect, use, disclose, sell or share information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident (“personal information“).
